Process-driven mentoring is effective and joyful.

“Meg Leonard is an excellent editor and is able to understand my writing from the inside, suggesting changes that improve my stories without weakening the characters or the language. She is extremely insightful about the characters, about their motivations and the underlying psychology of their actions. She has an excellent eye for details in a story and for how to order a collection. She also knows the landscape of publishing possibilities and can find a writer's best options for publication . In addition to her exceptional understanding of literature, she is very personable to work with. I expect that she and I will be working together for a long time.”
